The New York Legal Inventory needs YOU!

Calling all ALLUNY volunteers -- please help with the New York Legal Inventory!

As part of AALL's National Inventory of Primary Legal Materials, the inventory of New York primary law at all levels of government has begun.

This does not demand a major time commitment, and the project provides an opportunity to learn more about the availability, cost, authentication, copyright status and preservation of legal materials in New York at the state, county and municipal level.

For more information and to volunteer, see the newly created New York Legal Inventory website.

You can a join the Working Group by contacting Coordinator Debbie Melnick, Principal Law Librarian, Civil Court of the City of New York, at dmelnick@courts.state.ny.us.
