The Court of Appeals Lecture Series in Albany resumes with the first lecture of 2010. The Hudson: Yesterday and Today will feature Frances F. Dunwell, DEC Hudson River Estuary Coordinator and William T. (Chip) Reynolds, Captain, Half Moon.
