The next article in our 10th Anniversary Series is by Thomas Bruce. He is the director of the Legal Information Institute at Cornell. He co-founded the LII in 1992. Today, its legal collections are used widely and have inspired the Free Access to Law Movement which has helped citizens worldwide learn about the laws that govern them.
